  • Environmental Services (Housekeeping) – Fulltime – Day Shift

    • Core Responsibilities
      • Clean and sanitize private living spaces in long-term and assisted living environment
      • Provides excellent customer service to all residents
      • Completes cleaning assignments daily
      • Completes assignments independently with little direct supervision
      • Participate in and support team work
    • Requirements
      • Strong customer service skills
      • Good attendance and work habits
      • Willingness to learn and apply safe work practices at all times
      • Ability to work as a team member and independently

  • Memory Care Receptionist

    • Hours: Rotating: 12 pm – 6pm & 9:30 – 5:30 pm
    • Core Responsibilities
      • Provides excellent customer service to all residents and resident families
      • Answers phones and helps resident families with scheduling, etc.
      • Cleaning office areas
      • Completes assignments independently with little direct supervision
      • Participate in and support team work
    • Requirements
      • Strong customer service skills
      • Good attendance and work habits
      • Willingness to learn and apply safe work practices at all times
      • Ability to work as a team member and independently

  • Licensed Nurses- Fulltime / Part-time – Second Shift, Rotating Weekends

    • Core Responsibilities
      • Promote resident independence and choice
      • Provide comprehensive nursing care to groups of residents that meets all state/federal requirements for care and supports Evenglow mission and values
      • Provide daily leadership and guidance to a team of Certified Nursing Assistants
      • Support a team approach to daily task assignments
      • Accurately chart using Point of Care
      • Encourage and support resident independence and freedom of choice
      • Participate in organization and department training events
      • Complete assignments independently with little direct supervision

      Requirements

      • Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Illinois (R.N. or L.P.N.)
      • Demonstrated understanding of state and federal regulations and guidelines
      • Strong communication skills – demonstrated ability to use compassion, tact, patience and understanding when working with residents, family members and staff
      • Ability to work independently and resolve problems using effective problem-solving skills
      • Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with all team members, residents and family
      • Demonstrated team leadership skills

  • Certified Nursing Assistants, Fulltime – Second Shift, Rotating Weekends

    • Core Responsibilities
      • Perform fundamental nursing tasks (ADL’s restorative, rehabilitation, activities)
      • Support a team approach to daily task assignments
      • Accurately chart using Point of Care
      • Encourage and support resident independence and freedom of choice
      • Participate in organization and department training events
      • Complete assignments independently with little direct supervision

      Requirements

      • C.N.A. certification from an accredited nursing assistant training progam
      • Strong communication skills – demonstrated ability to use compassion, tact, patience and understanding when working with residents, family members and staff
      • Good attendance and work habits
      • Willingness to learn and apply safe work practices at all times
      • Ability to work as a team member and independently – willing to ask for and provide assistance to fellow team members
